I decided to spend couple of minutes to check this out, it is a mixed bag, perhaps work in progress.
What is the URL?
http://csm.oracle.com
What is the login and password?
It is the same as your normal Metalink Login and Password.
So whats different about this?
The most useful feature I found is the Dashboard for existing SR's against myself and all my colleagues.
By colleagues I mean those using the same CSI Number as me or in same organization.
Not only that, we can apply filters on the front page, for example, to show "only your own SR" or to include the closed SRs too
Whats is missing?
a. When I click on the SR, I can't see the complete text of the SR [am sure this will be fixed soon].
b. There is no single-signon yet with Metalink.
I am sure Oracle will implement SSO very soon on this website with Metalink.
Personally I will begin using this only after the SSO to Metalink has been enabled.
The graphs and dashboards etc may perhaps be useful to the Support Managers of Client.
Click on Knowledge in CSM or click on any other link that integrates to Metalink.
You will notice that there is no Single SignOn yet, as you are prompted to enter your Login and Password again.

1. Option to save login credentials was missed dearly in metalink, glad to see it's been included in CSM.
2. Page for login takes loads of time to download.
3. Nice outlookisk Look for Open SR
4. Entire Problem Summary Displayed on Mouse-Over event
5. SR Sorting Option
6. Option to maximize SR list window
Good leap over the existing Metalink.
regards,
Harshad

I was not able to find the upload docuemnt link. I was able to update the SR in the same page (unlike the old version where it used to open in a new page)

Hi All,
Is is the FLEX technology(http://www.adobe.com/p******s/flex/) in CSM?
for example , http://coenraets.org/collabforms/collabforms.html# , the loading processes of those pages are the same.
(It might be used in EBS in the future to substitute for D2K form. I guess....)
Best regards,
Zhxiang

Interesting point Zhxiang. However I doubt that.
We very well know that Larry will rather buy flex from adobe, than use it.

I guess that to get the loan from banks you ought to present a good reason. However, once I've received a financial loan, because I wanted to buy a house.

indeed
I saw this feature in Metalink 2-3 months back. It's there on everyone's metalink homepage. It can be accessed by logging to metalink and clicking on the 'Software Configuration Manager (SCM)' tab.
What i liked about it is:
--> Oracle SR follow-up, one can see the latest updates etc everything from the same pages (saves me from going to multiple pages) and also shows the history.
--> Configurable blog region
What i din't like about it:
--> Missing bug follow-ups.
