Oracle AIM Project Management Methodology provides the basic framework in the Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite to Clients by the Implementers. I have prepared this document based on my Project Management experiences and this may not be a 100% fool proof method. But I tried to give importance to the basics of AIM Methodology which will help the freshers, Intermediate and average consultants to gain the basic understanding and knowledge of Oracle AIM Methodology and grow up in their career.

Document is very informative and I would like to add that the brief walk through of product in the beginning will ensure the understanding and control the expectations of the client, what Oracle implementation will deliver. It is also important to consider Client senior management or stake holders’ expectation and provide the proper information what we can deliver at the end of the day.
A BP080 walk through with the Vision instance will clear how process fits in application. This will help a better understanding of future process to the client and help to sign-off the document easily.

Hi Gurus,
What the the difference btw AIM & PJM ?
In one of the interview at a Global consultancy, the interview said the AIM is just the documentation or implememtation methodology and its not the project management methodology...
But as we know its generally clainmed that Oracle AIM is also a project management methodology. Moreover how Management Methodology(PJM) & Oracle AIM are related to each other?
so any comment on this?

Need some info, how to go for estimation and expectation for Oracle Implementation of Field sales.
We have gap analysis, BR100 doc etc in possesion . But im new to Estimation and expectation for implemetation
