Help with completing Hands On Exercises


Hands On Exercises

The trainees will perform the following exercises in Oracle Fusion HCM Training

  • Finish prerequisite setups (Legislative, Legislative Address, Job, Grade, Location, Position)
  • Hire an employee after above setup
  • Offer CTC to employee
  • Define PF Element Entry (12%) in CTC as recurring element
  • Create one more employee with help of spreadsheet loader (It will show how to use spreadsheet loader) and make First employee to be manager of newly created employee
  • Enroll created employee in  Benefit Plan
  • Show Employee and Manager dashboard and difference between them
  • Create OTBI Report to show created employee in FUSION
  • Manager will assign goals to Employee - (We can avoid this step if we are not going in PMS)
  • Create Sick Leave Absence Plan and enroll employee in that
  • We will create approval hierarchy so that once employee will apply for leave it will go to his manager for approval
  • ADF personalization to change labels of employee form
