- Connect Spreadsheet to the Instance Access
- Fill in Details regarding the Ledger and Journal
- Write the Journal Lines
- Enter Journal Lines
- Post Journal - In order to post Journal ,use Submit Journal
- The final step - Confirmation Message that the Journal was posted
