Unable to Enter Retained Earnings Account in Oracle Fusion

Hi I am setting up GL in the APPs2fusion fusion env, however, when specifying ledger options, I am unable to the 'Enter Retained Earnings Account'. The field is greyed out (see screenshot)
I am not sure what I have done wrong, Can you assist, please.

    Hi Kayode,

    I am unable to see the screenshot for some reason.
    Please check if dynamic insertion has been enabled or not?
    Please see if you can create combinations in the Manage Account combination task?

    Also please help me with your project name, COA, Ledger you have created?
