Deployment manager is the important features of OIM. This helps us to import and export our deployment. But some time we face the issue while importing/exporting the deployment. One of the issue we commonly face in this is when we try to open export  link . The errors similar to 'http://server1.com:14000/xlWebApp/ClientClassServlet/xlWebApp/detect.jar' .

In this case the issue appears to be with the jar file and we go and find for detect.jar but actually this issue is with the java plugin useed by the browser.

Folllowing are the easy steps to resolve the issue.

1)Search for the Configure java in windows.

2)Click on the security tab in the Pop up windows.

3) Down of the window you can see 'edit site list' , click on that.

4) New window will open.

5) Click add button in this.

6) Add the link which are in pop up window which give the error(deployment manager export link).

7 Here we go you are ready to import and export the deployment manager

8) Restart the browser and try again.
