Our payroll set up is bi-weekly and hence end up getting 26 paychecks i.e. for couple of month we get three paychecks.
For two of our benefits plan we want the deduction to be semi-monthly(24 Pays) which means that for these two the benefit rate should be calculated in such a way that these two elements show up in only 2 paychecks when we are expecting three pays for that particular month. Please note that these benefits plan are created in program.

    Try to adjust the frequency at benefit module level to sync with payroll pay frequency. Otherwise, we don't have any option to process deductions twice for three paychecks period.
