Yes, all the hierarchies will be present in the essbase cube. You can see the alternate hierarchies as your tree structures are defined, there are few restrictions like restriction is that one child value cannot roll up to multiple parents within the same hierarchy or tree structure.

Yes, the hierarchies have date effective versions. At any point in time, you should have only one version active. But all the versions can be seen in the cube once they are published.
