Please help me with below questions/comments
1. It was mentioned that during cloud implementation Oracle provides two instances. One Test and production. Is it required to open service now request and get approval from Oracle and client management to delete data from TEST instance as in case of production instance?
2.Is there a way to get list of records/fields for a particular page?
3.During the self paced videos the trainer sent everyone the notes that were taken during the class. Can you please send me those notes?
4. Can you explain the difference between route context and route parameters with examples? Any documentation you might have can also help
5.There was a mention of an excel document that lists all the user entity in HCM fusion. Once of the participant sent that list to all other participants during the class. Can I get this document?
6.Is there a way to create custom/new routes, data items and user entity? Is yes can you please share some documentation on how to do it?

    Hi Saurabh,

    Few of your questions can be answered :

    1.) Yes, we need to raise a Service Request with Oracle for migrating data from Test Instance to Prod Instance and also if we need to delete data from the Test Instance. Fusion being a cloud product, it follows SaaS (Software as a Service) model for which we absolutely have no access to backend database or either of the servers. So in order to achieve these solutions, we will have to contact Oracle and raise a request for the same.

    2.) Yes, there is a website provided by Oracle where the details of all the fields and their database table locations are mentioned. You can access it using the url:

    5.) I am not sure which document you are speaking of, but I have a document having similar details about the User Entities of Fusion HCM. You can download it from here:
