I've looked through the other posts here to avoid repeating the question but didn't find a resolution that could help me so here goes.
Usecase:
We need to get the output of a BIP report and then write it to a FTP location.
In the future I'm also gonna try to take the output and load the data into DAAS but thats for later. The part of the usecase
I have issue with is this.
The webservice https://egxc-test.fa.us6.oraclecloud.com:443/xmlpserver/services/externalreportwssservice?wsdl
returns the report output in base64encoded format , which everyone knows but I can't seem to MAP this output correctly. I've attached a capture of the error which says "Error while translating message to native format"


Obviously , I've tried many things and not being an ICS or SOA expert I'm sure I'm missing something here.
I also tried to find specific step by step instructions to map base64 encoded data in ICS but there doesn't seem to be.
Some comments seem to mentioned an opaque schema which i used to but the integration fails at the point where the data is converted
and mapping to the FTP adapter.
I'll post the downloaded artifacts and the schema file we used and also any other info you guys might have...we need to automate
several such flows so I definitely will need this functionality in other use cases too.
Can someone please help?

BTW: We have ICS 18.1.3 and HCM Cloud R13
: I also did read somewhere that starting 18.1.3 we may not need to use this opaque schema to map base64 contents?
