Thanks for approaching us for clarifying your doubts. We have gone through the attachment and found that you followed the right approach in configuring the Location, though not able to see the postal code used in the attached screen shot.

We recommend you to search the location using the name and right location set and If you still not able to retrieve the location you created, try configuring a new location as per the steps mentioned in our video-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42rk4uzsln8

Subsequent to that if you are still facing an issue do share us the list of roles assigned to you User ID and we will look into it
