Hi after completing the Ledger setup, I submitted the REVIEW & SUBMIT ACCOUNTING CONFIGURATION which is completed successfully but no new roles can be seen. I have attached the requests and screen shot for your advice.

    Hi Senthil,

    1. Try to run the "Run User and Roles Synchronization Process".
    Navigation: Financials>Define Common App config for Financials>Define Sync of Users and Roles from LDAP.
    Click on "Go To Tas", then click "Submit".

    Sometimes the roles are not are not updated in OIM because of which you can't see the roles.

    2. Even after the above step you are not able to see the roles, then try to run LDAP process in OIM, you will be able to see the roles.

    If you don't know how to run the LDAP, just drop and email on support@apps2fusion.com and ask them to run the LDAP process as you are not able to see the roles. They will do it on your behalf.
